Belen Moreno, the principal NCIDQ certified interior designer of belendesign, Inc. and owner of Le Cote Francais: is a New York City native, who has lived between New York City, Miami and Naples, Florida, Europe, and Latin America.

After graduating from Barnard College with a B.A. in Theatre Arts in 1985, Belen worked at Sotheby’s in New York City, managed a contemporary art gallery in South Miami, and represented various contemporary artists internationally, before serving as cultural attachee from Venezuela to Switzerland.

Entering the field of interior design in 1997, She obtained a B.S. in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and has worked for a combined total of 10 years for Carl’s, Roche Bobois, Grange, and most recently, Romanza Interior Design, of Naples, Florida.
